It is related to the <a href="Partition_function_(number_theory)" title="Partition function (number theory)">partition function</a>.<sup id="cite_ref-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-1"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>1<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>
</p><p>The first few values of spt(<i>n</i>) are:
